Shortcut For 3d Flip Between Windows
Here is a quick tip on how to create a shortcut that allows you to click and activate the Windows Aero Flip 3D Switch transition effect between open windows. Once you’ve done the shortcut you can pin it to your Windows 7 taskbar, only one click will activate the 3D effect. 

First go to Desktop > Right click > New > Shortcut

Copy and past the following code exactly as is to the “Type the location of the item” field 

                              RunDll32 DwmApi #105

It will looks like this

Click Next, you can now give it a name. Say “Windows Flip”
Once you’ve done this it’s optional to change the icon to make it look pretty.
You can change the icon by Right Click on the icon go to Properties
Click change icon
You can find a Flip 3D icon in C:\Windows\explorer.exe file
Now all you need to do is drag and Pin to Taskbar.
Click to activate the effect. Enjoy.
